Welcome to the official website of the Amhara National Regional State Plan and Development Bureau! The Plan and Development Bureau plays a major role in drafting and enriching the regional state’s draft policies and strategies, conducting\r\n economic studies and research to help prepare development plans, developing economic and social indicators to measure performance, and by creating and implementing comprehensive economic, social and technological development frameworks.<\/p>\r\n

On this website, you will find up-to-date and reviewed information on regional development and good governance plans, performance reports, as well as project plans and their implementation status. You will also find the maps of the\r\n administrative tiers in the region, the distribution of infrastructure facilities in the region, the region’s complete profile, and data used for budget formulation.<\/p>\r\n

You will find information on the regional gross product growth rate, the growth rate of value added by economic sectors, and their share of the gross product.
